The staff was great, and I felt like the paperwork was very thorough, but I didn’t feel like Dr. Whiteley was listening to me, she was just waiting to talk, she repeated things I told her in the visit, like I hadn’t said them myself, but added a condescending tone, then acted like there was no such thing as a progesterone only birth control pill, when I brought up that was what I was on, but wanted to find one that was covered by my insurance, then proceeded to very curtly tell me I can’t be on birth control at all because of my weight. I also complained of ear pain and expressed that I thought I was getting an ear infection, which was brushed off because “it was just a little redness” and is now a full blown painful ear infection 3 days later.

I would recommend her to my nearest and dearest family members and friends. My most recent tele-health visit was exceptionally comforting and supportive. She made sure that I had the time to express my concerns and worries. She asked, more than once, if there was anything else I needed to talk about. Then gave me the time to do so. I feel privileged that Dr. Whiteley is my health care professional.

No point in making an appointment when she is always late never on time. She has the nerve to say if you are a minute late she will cancel your appointment but thinks it’s okay to be 15-30 minutes late past your appointment time. This is absolutely ridiculous, rude and inconsiderate.

Arrogant beyond belief. Laura Whiteley is a terrible listener and jumps to conclusions before listening ... she appears to have no patience and is close minded. It seems she believes her patients are ignorant about their own conditions.

I'm been going to Dr. Whiteley for close to 10 years now. She's always taken the time to listen to me and never seems to be in a rush. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate and I'm glad I have a longstanding relationship with here.

I had high hopes for this practice but they did not honor my request and their obligation for confidentiality. I asked to meet with the nurse and doctor alone but they ignored that request and invited my teenage daughter to join me though I had just asked her to wait in the waiting room. I would avoid this practice.

I've seen Dr. Whitely twice nite. Both times I had to wait roughly 75 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. I don't have enough time off to justify continuing to see her.

Please note: She doesn't answer calls happily on the weekends. My 1 year old was sick with cold and fever. When we approached the Dr her conduct was totally unprofessional She is NOT willing to listen or to provide any recommendations. If you child is sick on the weekend your are on your OWN!
