I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Laura Young, Dr. Trent Wei, and the entire medical team at the Cleveland Clinic for performing a highly complex and risky procedure that has profoundly transformed my health.Despite the challenges presented by my condition, the outcome far exceeded my expectations. Their exceptional expertise, coupled with advanced techniques and cutting-edge medical equipment, has allowed me to live pain-free and without functional limitations.I will forever serve as an ambassador for the Cleveland Clinic, and I am incredibly thankful to Dr. Young, Dr. Wei, and their team for giving me a second chance at a healthy and happy life.

She takes her time and does not rush. Offers suggestions and solutions that fit my life. She saved my life when my bypass failed. Also on top of my health care. Great doctor.

Dr Young did my mom surgery never came to speak to her the whole time she was in the hospital. My mom had problems with the medication and Dr Young never returned our calls. Then we she her for follow up appointment. It was a waste of time she was going off of old information from when my mom was in the hospital. She never did new blood work or echo to see how my heart was doing. She really was no help to me or my mom. The worst doctor ever.

I had a cardiac Cath December 29th, 2023 . After the Cath no one came to see me or my husband who was waiting. A nurse told me that she perforated my femoral artery. I was in the hospital from December 29th until the 1st and I asked the doctor on duty if I could leave . I was given blood. The entire time I was in the hospital she never came to see me. I would never see this doctor again. She actually had the nerve to tell my primary care doctor that I wanted to stay the night. I was in horrible pain because I bled internally 3 L of blood. My bed was put in the head down position because my blood pressure was so low. I was being given lots of fluids and the fluids which were given fast to try to get my blood pressure up. Defibrillator pads were put on me . I have never been in so much pain. When I called she acted as though there no complications . I have had Cardiac Caths before none were like this. The bruising was from below my ribs to the Femoral area with swelling for 8 weeks.

My husband had four stents placed by Dr Young in his RCA. She did a wonderful job and we are so pleased with his results. He feels better than he has in a very long time. She was easy to talk to and explained everything very clearly to us. I would recommend her highly to anyone needing surgeries of this nature.

Dr. Young took care of a block in my right coronary artery, placing a stent. Her expertise in the care of radiated hearts left me feeling I found the right doctor. Her down-to-earth personal approach was calming. She was easy to talk with and answered all my questions. She is passionate about what she does, from her knowledge about radiated hearts to her respect for her patients.

Had a critical and complex heart issue which she handled expertly. Very impressive and also very nice person who really cares.

She listened to every detail. She acknowledges your family history of heart disease. Her follow up to your tests are extremely quick. My chart comments shows how detailed she is.
