I saw Susan Router P.A. For a few appointments for myself and my daughter, she was very patient and kind. She answered all of my questions and everyone else in the office was wonderful. Thankful for a great physicians office so close to home!

I've only seen the nurse practitioner Michelle so far. I like her a lot, but the wait is just ridiculous. The staff isn't very friendly, either. I wasn't greeted upon arrival, just notified I had paperwork to fill out. One time I stood waiting for the receptionist to finish her phone conversation to ask a question, and she acted like I wasn't there. Office is very clean. You have to go there every month to fill certain prescriptions. I didn't have such a problem the first visit or two, now I do.

She seems to be very knowledgeable and is not afraid to learn about your condition. I went to 8 doctors before finding her and was the first to help with my condition I have referred ppl to her and they too are eased with her care.
