Stay away
This doctor is rude, insufferable, full of himself with very little regard for a patient's feelings. He will be sure to tell you how fabulous he is, taking away valuable time from your visit and you end up leaving his office thinking, "did he really give me a diagnosis?" He will tell you he is the one and only doctor in PR that does what he does, hindering you from seeking other evaluations.
