Dr. Laurel Anderson, MD

Dr Anderson was all 4 of my children’s pediatrician and I couldn’t ask for a more caring and kind doctor. My children are all grown now but I will forever remember her kindness and knowledge.

Have had the unfortunate experience to see Dr Anderson twice through the "walk-in" appointment system for when those unexpected situations occur . Very condescending! Leaves the parent feeling your voice has no value to her. Now if we need walk in care I call to see who is on, I wont take my kids to her. Of Note, Central Pediatrics is an amazing group of physicians and staff. The care is exceptional. We feel very Blessed to call this group "ours." Thankful I know to avoid Dr Anderson.

Dr. Anderson has been Pediatrician for our 3 year old for last two years. She has been the best Doctor we have ever met and both I and my wife share that opinion. She treats our son as a person and not just a patient. She is gentle, kind, patient listener and never in a rush. We have seen good doctors in the past but she is exceptionally good. We trust her opinion and expertise and would recommend her to anyone.

Our daughters have been seeing Dr. Anderson for nearly five years now. She is personable, friendly, and remembers our children at each visit. She does tend to take a "wait and see" approach, but I don't consider this a negative - she prefers to avoid unnecessary tests and treatment. Our children enjoy her and she clearly knows her stuff. Would definitely recommend her.

Dr Anderson had seen our son's their entire "pediatic lives" at her former clinic years ago & words can't describe how much we valued & trusted her as their pediatrician! In 20+ years we faced everything from chronic strep throat & ear infections, 4 sets of tubes, viral meningitis, pertussis, cellulitis, & pneumonia in addition to well care visits. She was like family! She ALWAYS took the time to listen, personally connected with the boys during the examine, & share her dignosis/treatment plan!?

There are no words to describe the horrible experience. Took my very sick baby immediately to another doctor and they were shocked she wouldn’t treat him for pneumonia. She wanted to take a “wait and see approach”. Stay far away from Dr. Anderson and Central Peds.

My daughter has seen Dr. Anderson twice and both times she was extremely rude and condescending. We have been with Central Pediatrics since my daughter was born and every nurse and doctor we have encountered has been kind and compassionate except for Dr. Anderson. I would NOT recommend her to anyone!
