Dr. Bedney is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Thorough, great listener, not rushed, intellect, professionalism, approachable, attentive, and did I mention great listener! She comes across as a very positive person, and appears to enjoy what she does. Dr. Bedney made me feel wanted in her office, not like a statistic; she was not robotic, dismissive, or solely focused on what the chart/computer stated. An appointment with her is worth the wait.

I love Dr Bedney if you can schedule an appointment with her! Tried July 2023 was told next appointment available with her was 2/2024. If I was sick to go to urgent care or ER. Or they could refer me to another doctor!!! I'm disappointed and will be looking for a new primary care!

Clinical service is not what I would expect.
Dr Bedney is fine but I have experienced several serious issues with the clinical care. First I was placed on 2 medications that were not compatible, I was told I shouldn't have been taking them together. How was I supposed to know this? Now all my medication dosages were changed without communicating with me about or reason for the change. When I called the office, which is very difficult to get through, I was told it was a mistake and they reissued the scripts. Now they told the pharmacy my script for one of my medications is not appropriate, with no communication to me. Very poor clinical practice. I don not feel safe with their care.

Dr. Pedersen-Buck and her staff are World Class! I went to her for my annual physical and was very pleased with the service and the attention I got from her and her team. She is patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable! I'm more thank happy to make her my PCP moving forward.
