Dr. Lauren Grossman, MD

I highly recommend Dr Grossman for any hand injury. She gave me back my hand function with pain relief. She was very informative and helpful in ways she can do to make my hand pain go away. With therapy in two months I have full use of my hand. Great office staff too.

DOCTOR WAS ON TIME WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL THE DOCTOR DIDN'T OPERATE ON ME BUT FROM THE FIRST VISIT TO THE SECOND VISIT THE DOCTOR WAS 100% RIGHT WITH HER OPINION. DOCTOR GROSSMAN IS A DOWN TO EARTH PERSON AND WOULD LET HER OPERATE ON ME IF I HAD TOO . I GIVE DOCTOR GROSSMAN A TEN TWICE THE FIVE WHEN A DOCTOR COMMUNICATES WITH ME SO WELL . Dr. Grossman listens, doesn't rush her patients, and answers all questions. She explores all possible options to resolve the condition and is not quick to rush into surgery. She is professional and courteous. Her staff is helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend Dr. Grossman.

After waiting 4weeks the office called me and cancelled my apt. How did they not know that July 5th was a holiday. Next available apt. was July 19, 2022. 8 weeks for one apt. Is too long.

She is kind, understanding and extremely knowledgeable.

Had an appointment this morning. Yesterday I got a call from her office telling me that I was her last appointment of the day and she had to cancel and I had the option to see a p/a instead. I agreed to keep it since I’ve been waiting for close to month. When I got there I was told my appointment was canceled and I would have to wait to be seen as a walk in, meaning I would have to wait until whenever. Unprofessional. Guess I will never know how good a doctor she is, but I know how her office handles patients.

Dr. Lauren Grossman is a true professional. An amazing experience. She is a healer. My hand is now functional which brings a better way of life for me. I would also like to say thank you to therapist Mona who also helped to bring my hand back to normal. Thank you!

Dr. Grossman is an excellent surgeon. She is extremely intelligent and skilled and has good bedside manner. She explains her diagnosis and procedures and takes her time so you don't feel rushed. She is also amazingly punctual and keeps her appointment times as scheduled. I would recommend her to anyone needing orthopedic care.

My virtual Doctors visit was informative and comprehensive. I can’t imagine it would have been any better if I had been there in person.

I wanted sure if I would like The Teletherapy but I did like it very much. My 15 year old broke her wrist in February. It was a through examination and very informative.
