Lovely demeanor but terrible follow thru
Telehealth
Dr. Hamman was kind during my telehealth visit. That rates pretty high with me, but as a medical professional, I also anticipated that she works follow through and accurately document my visit and symptoms. My post visit clinical notes were incorrect and inaccurate, she did not provide any guidance about any symptoms that should cause or trigger a visit to an emergency room, And she did not put in the lab orders as she had indicated she would which resulted in me spending an hour at the outpatient lab facility and eventually being turned away. I have left several messages this morning with the Telehealth team for Ohio Health and no one has responded. All in all, a pretty useless and terrible experience.
