I was in need of a new PCP and called about 14 before I came upon her office....it was the ONLY office where a real person actually answered the phone! I scheduled my appointment and upon meeting her I had a HOST of things to discuss in addition to needing my diabetes pills. She listened to everything I said and responded to it all. I don't do well with an 'authoritarian' type doctor so she was a GREAT FIT FOR ME! I am 70 years old and KNOW my issues and go in armed with a lot of information to discuss. She is WONDERFUL and I am very glad that I found her!

Have seen doctor Havard 3 times and she has always been very helpful. She goes out of her way to help you and responds to emails. Never had that in a doctor before.
