I wouldn't give a recommendation for Dr Herrmann mainly because of her nurse I think she thinks she's the doctor my mother has passed away they never really did too much about her not eating which was from the start over a year ago they addressed her malnutrition three months ago and we took her to the hospital for malnutrition a year ago it always seem like it bothered them when we came into the office her nurse Kristen or Kirsten never smiled never she looks very miserable and very unhappy wi

We have been attending Dr. Herrmann for almost 4 years now. I find her ease of discussion and down to earth style encouraging. She has a good realm of information and has been supportive in custodial struggles and frequent Dr. appts. I have had a lot of physicians in my daughters' and my life due to military moves and I really enjoy this practice and this physician.

My doctor was booked and I have had high blood pressure so myou options were to see Dr Herman. I was late due to traffic and they turned me away and said I missed my 10 min window. I was 11 min to the exact late. There was 1 possible patient in waiting room and that gave me no explanation and said she was not going to see me. Then told me if I had chest pains to go to urgent care. This was coming from the doctor as she told her asst what to say. I explained I'm 1 min past cut off?

First experience with her -- Happened to be on a snow day, she was flexible with my appointment times. She was caring and knowledgeable. When my labs came back she was quick to call and provide answers to my questions. Highly recommend.

She never listened to me and always talked at me instead of to me. I had an anxiety attack in the middle of my last appointment and she yelled at me, which made it worse.

I called with questions about my parents medication have not had a return call...2 months ago. Mother called about her meds and it took 4 days with still no return call. I went by to pick up the prescription and it was dated 2 days before . I called the practice manager with my concerns about no return calls and was told the file indicated my mother was called and spoken to at 8:30 am...mother isn't up that early. Her response " it's your word against our files ". Looking for new doctor.

Seen here over a year. Incompetent and rude staff (tried to turn me away from my appointment, smarted off to me over the phone numerous times). Doctor is nice, but doesn't listen well. I have a lot of things going on in my family healthwise and I don't feel like she 'cares'. She basically tells me things I already know and that I'm 'fine'. If I'm fine, I wouldn't be coming back, would I?

I've been going to Dr. Herrmann for almost 3 years now and she has been my PCP in this time. In the beginning things were great. I would say the first year. Then suddenly things changed, not only with her, but with her nurse as well. There have been numerous occasions where prescriptions were not call in for me like they should have been after calling. There was one time I questioned a medication I was given because of the side effects and it not helping the issue. So for my issue I said if that
