Dr. Lauren Mellor, DO

She doesn’t listen, terrible miscommunication between her, her office and the hospital that she works for. I am a high risk pregnancy, she made me feel like I am such a pain for her. Even if I didn’t see her couple of times over a year.I had an appointment with her today after a miscarriage, I left the clinic crying because of the fact that she didn’t care or even know what happened to me.

In 64 years, I have NEVER been able to conquer my fear of the dreaded “exam”. Dr Mellor had me at hello. She was warm, friendly, caring and so kind. She gave me words of encouragement. I highly recommend Dr Mellor. Loved her bedside manner. The absolute BEST!!!!

Dr. Mellor doesn’t listen, talks about her patients to others in the office & refuses to do what you ask because she thinks she knows better. Go somewhere else if you want to feel heard & in control of your own health/body.

Dr. Mellor has been my OB/GYN for the last 5 years. She is so much more than just a Doctor. She is kind, compassionate, understanding and really listens to you about your health. I have never once left her office feeling unheard. I absolutely recommend her to anyone that may be seeking out a new OB/GYN- and even those who aren't. I delivered my second child with her as well and, as I stated above, because she listened to me about my body and my health, I had a safe a prepared delivery. I couldn't have asked for a better OB/GYN. I feel very grateful to have found her!

Dr. Mellor delivered my son. The best doctor I’ve ever seen! Made everything easy and made me feel so comfortable throughout my entire pregnancy.

Would not accept insurance even though it covered 100%. Very unprofessional staff laughing at the situation and asking for $4000 out of pocket or to leave. Terrible experience! Would not recommend.

I love Dr Mellor. She has a shining personality that always makes me feel valued and understood as a patient. She is extremely attentive and amazing with explaining things. The only complaint is the front office can be a little standoffish at times but everyone has their off days I guess!

My grandmother needed a gynecological exam and was extremely nervous about it. Dr. Mellor was kind and clear and explained everything to her. She spoke loudly and gained her trust and was extremely gentle and warm.

Dr. Mellor is straightforward with my options yet compassionate to me as a patient while I make my decisions. Her input comes from years of experience and she makes me feel valued as a patient. Not just a number anymore when I come to Comprehensive Women's Care to see her.
