Absolute Gem of a PCP
I love Dr. Olson! As someone who is medically complex, I've had a hard time finding doctors who will work well with me... and Dr. Olson is just the absolute best. She trusts me, listens to me, is clearly up to date on the medical literature (and gets up to date on more niche medical conditions when she hasn't been). She doesn't judge me for asking for tests, and not just because I have a really good track record of being right about the rare conditions I have. She clearly cares about her patients. I can't recommend her enough!!

Great doctor!
Dr. Olson is a good listener and takes the time to hear you. I had upper respiratory infection for almost 2 months, which didn't go away with the insomnia. She suggested I take melatonin to get all the rest I needed and the upper respiratory infection would then take care of itself. She was right, I got rid of it completely in less than 2 weeks!

Overcharged for basic care!
Avoid this office! I went in for an appointment to establish care as a new patient of Dr. Olson’s. As a generally healthy person, the visit felt like a typical check-up, except that I was new a patient. I was asked if I had any concerns and mentioned that I had a Tailor’s bunion. Dr. Olson recommended that I wear wider shoes. I was satisfied with her care. However, five months later, I got a bill for $260 for the advice of wearing wider shoes. How do I know I was charged for this advice? Because the diagnosis code next to the billed amount was for “right foot pain”. When I questioned this charge to the billing department, I was promptly told that Dr. Olson knows better than me because she went to medical school. This made me feel belittled and disrespected. When I further questioned the charge in a letter to Dr. Olson, I received a response from her in which she stated that the charges were appropriate without explaining why. She also kicked me out of her practice. Rather than explain

Great . . .until she isn't (happens fast!)
She's great at first and sells herself quite well as being there for you and for being progressive but she's really the same-old-same-old with a youthful demeanor. And her assistant is as dumb as a box of rocks who has "issues" formulating sentences which make sense and sending emails which can be understood! Oh, and Do Not dare complain! If you do she'll fire you as a patient which she did to me. I was going to fire her but she beat me to it. Why did I complain? She screwed up a prescription, she took days to return phone calls - phone calls which were highly time critical! Even reaching out to the office manager didn't help. She was also beyond rude to my compounding pharmacy which is inexcusable!
