No empathy care or concern for patient
Dr. Ramshur is a leader at the VA. She should not be working with clients. She has no care or concern for her patients. She is unable to connect with her patients. It is well known that she does not have any empathy for her patients. Her attitude is condescending and dismissive. Dr. Ramshur does not create a safe space for her patients.

Lacks empathy, care and concern for her patient. Thinks that because she is the provider, only her feelings/thoughts matter. She discounts people because of their mental health. This does not mean that she is a good provider. She has book knowledge, but comes across as condescending.
