Dr. Lauren Woolbert, MD

It takes a while to get in to see Dr. Woolbert, because she is so popular, but once you're in then she is wonderful! very understanding, compassionate, and a good listener. She responds to all my questions in the portal usually within 24 hours. She also has a great personality which is why i'm putting in this review!

I've been with Dr. Woolbert for 2 years & I've only seen her once. This is not by choice, as it's just that hard to get an appt. Literally months to get in. If you don't mind seeing her nurse or assistant, you're more likely to get in sooner than that.I've had many things over this 2 years that I'd normally want to see my PCP about, but I've either gone to an urgent care place or not gone at all because I know I can't get in. I don't even try for an appt. because I'm generally on hold to even speak with someone for 30 minutes or more. When I did go to my 1 appt with her, I felt like it was a cattle call - standing in long line to even check in before the appointment.The final straw was in an Urgent Care visit they ran a scan & told me to get to an oncologist as quickly as possible. I can only do that through a referral from PCP. I called Dr. Woolbert's office & even under these circumstances, they could not help me in any expedient manner (as the situation required). No more

Dr. Woolbert has been a huge help in managing my healthcare. She really listens and cares about all aspects of my health, her recommendations to specialists when needed have been really good doctors too. I highly recommend the this doctor if your looking for a caring, knowledgeable doctor who will take the time to listen.

Dr.Woolbert is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and professional. She is a true healthcare professional. Would recommend anyone looking for a very caring medical professional to see her. 10 stars

I have been a patient of Dr. Woolbert's for almost two years. She is phenomenal! I can't say enough great things about her! She's easy to talk to, incredibly knowledgeable and smart, down to earth, and really listens to her patients and gives them the time and attention they're seeking during the appointment. My boyfriend and I both have her as our PCP and I have no plans to switch anytime soon. She's awesome!

She is friendly, professional, informative, and has a great sense of humor.

Last update for Dr. Woolbert was on April 29, 2020, regarding my sister, her patient, dying suddenly on April 6, 2020. Again I was deceived by Dr Woolbert when she told me that she would call me when she got the information I requested. I had given her the name of the doctor who treated her at hospital where she died. I called her on May 12, 2020 to touch bases with her and her receptionist relayed Her message that she would call me. As of today, May 29th I have not received a call from her. I guess she is not interested in following through on her promises.
