Made me feel like I was wasting his time
I’ve been having issues with breathing through my nose for over 30 years. My PCP gave me a referral to go see and ENT, VCU called to make an appt, asked me if I had a specific doctor in mind (I said no), and then proceeded to give me an appt with Dinardo.Dr. Dinardo seemed pretty thorough with looking in my nose with a camera explaining to me where my breathing problems likely stem from.It was good until he started telling me that he usually sees cancer patients and people who are dying so my problem isn’t very important. I’ve had many other health problems stem from me not being able to breathe out of my nose, but since I wasn’t in the process of dying, he kept reminding me how he usually sees more important cases and he was wondering why I was in his office. Before he came in the office, his nurse was also interrogating me about why I was there. It was humiliating. I will not be going back and don’t recommend if vcu tries to set you up if you don’t have cancer.
