Visit / Sleep study
I had a consultation with Dr Engleberg and he set up a sleep study to monitor for sleep apnea. A week later I went back and he went over my options and answered all my questions.

The doctor himself was very nice. He seems knowledgeable and I think he gave me the time and attention I needed. That’s why it’s not a one star review. Getting in touch with anyone here for follow up is a nightmare. I’ve called to start my sleep study a total of 15 times in the last hour and I have yet to speak to a human being. Either leave a message or the wrong selection automatically hangs up on you. This is time sensitive and it really makes me want to consider using another, more accountable, office.

I had a conversation with Dr. Engleberg regarding my covid antibody test, which was negative. He told me to go get the vaccination today. When I told him that it was my personal choice to not get the vaccination, he became quite rude and hung up on me. He was extremely unprofessional.

Never returns phone calls. Never sends in the proper documents to the insurance company. Never takes the time to explain himself. Rushes you out the door as fast as possible. Terrible bedside manner.
