Dr. Neufeld has been my doctor for more than 20 years. He is wonderful. I feel confident in his decisions and he is always there to reassure me. I have been hospitalized twice and I could not ask for a better doctor than doctor Neufeld. He is one of a kind and truly the best.

I liked him and the office staff at 1st. Now almost 2 years I hate it. office staff changed and very rude and incompetent. I wanted a week for my prescriptions to be called in at CVS and he called me and was very rude to me on the phone this morning. Also said he didn't have 30 minutes to spend doing referrals that I needed for me. I'm changing doctors now.

My aunt has been going to him for over thirty years. He is a nice doctor but does not manage his front office very well. His receptionist is very unprofessional and should not be the face of his office. She has cancelled appointments, been slow to give us referrals, has mixed up our appointments and been generally rude and unpleasant. I could give many instances where she has failed my family however, I have chosen to remove my aunt from their care. I am her caregiver and although I do like the doctor and his nurses, the office staff leaves much to be desired.

Don't expect to ever get your prescriptions refilled by this office or doctor on time. You should refuse to leave without a paper prescription because they're incompetent about calling in prescriptions. They have called in prescriptions with no name and no date of birth more than once, causing a several-day delay in receiving medication that is needed on a daily basis! Complete incompetent office staff. Portal to request refills is useless because the doctor never checks it.
