Disappointing
She needs to work on bedside manner and ensure that she is doing what is best for the children and the parents. She has overshared information that had not been tested for yet and worried us for weeks. We have switched doctors and have been very happy since.

I’ve had a horrible experience with this doctor... because I’ve never met her! She’s my daughter’s “ doctor” yet I only see nurse practitioners who seem to be clueless to all of the questions I have in regards to my daughter who is 2 months. My daughter has been to this office at least 5 times and every time I get a nurse practitioner... I’m sorry but I am not paying tons of money for insurance to see a nurse practitioner!!

Insurance changed so we had to find a new doctor. I spent a lot of time in the waiting room filling out paperwork, maybe 20 minutes for my kids who are 4 and 6 (this is to be expected.) The office was very clean. More of a hospital feel than a doctor's office, but that's ok. Dr. Gray spent A LOT of time with the kids. Somewhere around 15 to 20 minutes. Their previous doctor would be out of there in 5 minutes or so. She was very personal. This was my only visit so far, but I was impressed.

I interview Dr. Gray while I was pregnant and thought her principles lined up with mine, she quickly changed her tune during my last wellness visit. She was fine with us delaying vaccines because my son is not in any kind of daycare and I plan to stay home with him the first year. But then at our 4 month well visit she read us the riot act, making strange comparisons to catholic faith, etc to prove her point why vaccines were important (although we ALWAYS planned to vaccinate).

Bad bedside manner. When I switched my kids to a different doctor, they informed me that they were SEVERAL vaccinations behind! I had to break their shots into 3 visits despite never having missed a milestone visit! This is not acceptable!
