Patino does not communicate with parents. Upon multiple requests, I was able to speak to his PA, which is completely unacceptable. Poor quality of care. Insurance dictated this treatment, so we were stuck. We were fortunately able to move into the private system where I am actually able to speak with the physician.

I've been seeing Dr Patino for over 20 years and have never had a complaint about him. While recently much better, I have had occasional trouble with his office staff.

I have a history of addiction, and although I was forthcoming with this information I was actually seeking treatment for my severe adult ADD. I didn’t see the doctor. I only saw some assistant, or resident NP. She said I was lying and trying to manipulate them into getting Valium. I never said I had an anxiety problem, or that i wanted medication of any kind. I just wanted counseling and was interested in the supposedly state of the art brain mapping. This women was so horrible to me.

Dr Patino is a very intelligent doctor. And does brain mapping that you can't get done just every where. How ever his office support staff is very poor. I ran out of medication called on Monday morning and have called and left messages every day it is now Thursday and still have not returned my calls.

I saw Dr. Patino at Banner when I was 16. I later found out that he diagnosed everyone with bi polar. He is a horrible person. He needs to loose his medical license. Sadly the system is so broken they can't even hold a corrupt doctor accountable. He's a dangerous man and his colleagues will defend him because that's what they do. A lot of people blame the millennial generation for everything but this man is a product of a very broken system.

Don't go here. As soon as my insurance changed and I needed to see another doctor, he REFUSED to refill my prescription even though I only had 5 days left and it will take at least a month to get an appointment with another doctor. I believe this is irresponsible, dangerous and unethical as well. I could have lied and scheduled, then cancel an appointment to get the prescription, but that's not me. Find a doctor that truly cares about his patients, Dr. Patino isn't that guy.

Rude and condescending. I only met with him 3 times and was told I was controlling, manipulative, and a liar. I probably didn't even talk for 10 minutes total during these three visits because he kept cutting me off and eventually I just gave up. He and my mother had a productive time talking about ideas to discipline me for being so awful and it was extremely awkward to listen to. Unfortunately, I was not able to have any visits without her. Walked in depressed, walked out completely suicidal.
