First time patient
First time patient. Filled majority of paperwork for new patient, prior to my visit via Dr Flechner’s office website which was easy to use. Arrived about 15 minutes early to complete rest of paperwork, waited about 10 minutes to see Dr Flechner.Was more than satisfied in our discussion concerning my health issues, and was particularly impressed how he utilized their office website in understanding medications I was taken and the overall condition of my health issues.He noted there was no mention of my PSA level in his data base so he inquired about my primary care provider who is with UCLA health. He requested I search for my UCLA Health records on my phone, which I did, and he found immediately my PSA results from lab work done 2 months previously.The above, plus providing a urine sample took all of 20 minutes as I was on the way home at 10:30I was very pleased with my Dr Flechner’s appointment and impressed with his efficiency.I highly recommend Dr Flechner
