Awesome Doctor
Dr. Katin performed sinus surgery on me a year ago. He has continued to work diligently to keep me healthy. He makes himself available to see me whenever I have any sinus issues. The nurses and staff are very friendly. I’m have always been seen in a timely manner! Thanks to Dr. Katin and his staff, I have my life back!

Dr Katin was very kind, called with lab results. Easy to get first and follow up visit both within 10 days. Very impressed , with outstanding practice for an independent practice and small staff. Most efficient practice !

Great doctor
I’ve seen Dr Katin over time for chronic sinusitis. Finally had the survey. After 6 years of not wanting to commit to a procedure…Surgery was a success. Dr Katin is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, patient and has a has sense of humor. Follow up and ease of scheduling is top knot h as well. Highly recommend!

Worst Doctor I’ve Ever Seen
Go to another ENT!!!! Rude, arrogant, dismissive of my issues, and told me to stop talking. He got loud with me and I asked questions because he didn’t like them. Didn’t look at any scans and barely looked at me. I wanted a tonsil stone removed. He ask why? Well I don’t like things stuck in my throat. Looked and saw something but refused to take it out. I ask nicely for him to help. His response, “NOOOOO I will not. I don’t do that!!!” Told me to get surgery when other doctors have said a hard no. Never have I ever had a doctor be more against helping me. He offered no help in regards to medicine or anything. Absolutely horrible!!!!

Inept staff
Paid copay at time of appointment. Got bill for copay. Called office 2x’s. Was assured they’d take care of it. Got another bill. On 3rd call Had to drive 1 1/ 2 hours to get copy of receipt to give to billing office. Got home, called billing office was told they cannot accept a picture of the receipt I don’t have a fax. Suggested a 3way call, was told they can’t do that. 4-24-2023 got another bill called office 4th time spoke to Patty. She was disgusted that I called again and said disregard bill. Called billing office immediately after. Said no contact from Dr. Katin’s office, bill is overdue, I just paid copay again before it goes to collections. Agree with several other reviews, office staff incompetent!!! Dr Katin seems like a good Dr, but not worth the trouble

Excellent nose doctor!
Dr. Katin and his staff were excellent. Very professional, minimal wait times, very detailed. I had a septoplasty procedure done to correct a deviated septum fixed and the procedure was very successful. I highly recommend Dr. Katin and staff.

Dismissive doctor, ended up with a serious problem
Lack of care and expertise! Go elsewhere!! I ended up seeing another doctor who immediately ordered imaging and surgery. Had my condition been recognized and addressed sooner I would not have further hearing loss and balance problems

Great Doctor and Staff
Dr. Katin and his team are terrific. I was having nasal issues and made an appointment with Dr. Katin. Dr. Katin performed a through exam and recommended nasal surgery. He explained the procedure from pre-surgery, through recovery. I elected the surgery and everything Dr. Katin shared was spot on. I and fully recovered and breathing so much better. I cannot believe the improvement. His team was just as incredible. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable professional, easy to talk to, and they answered EVERY question I had. Just a great team. Five stars.

Expertise & persistence pays off!
Dr Katin saw my college-aged daughter multiple times to address a stubborn sinus infection. He persisted in his efforts to effectively treat her and won the battle. When she became sick again a short time later, he requested to see her to assess the situation. He listened to her chief complaints and was thorough to be able to provide a diagnosis & treatment. Very grateful to Dr Katin & his staff!

Excellent surgery experience
I recently went to Dr Katin for a deviated septum. He explained everything to me thoroughly, he assured me it was a minimally invasive surgery. I have never had any type of anesthesia or surgery but this was a life changing experience. Not only was the surgery fast it was pain free. Everything he told me to expect post surgery was accurate. I have been to 2 post-op appts and every time I go the wait time is minimal. Everyone in the office is friendly. I not only for the first time in 15 years can actually breathe I also am sleeping better. I highly recommend Dr Katin for any Septoplasty/Turbinoplasty needs!!

Very kind and gentle physician/surgeon
Dr Katin is excellent. He is very kind and has a gentle touch. He made my procedure, , which had potential to be painful, painless. He patiently explained everything to me and I didn’t feel rushed despite many patients who were waiting to see him. His office staff is competent and friendly, and his nurse is great. Highly recommend Dr Katin!

BPP Vertigo seems to have a variety of levels. Mine was severe. Standing up was nothing more than what I did before hitting the ground After trying multiple procedures to reverse the symptoms PMH asked Dr. Lawrences Katin An ENT doctor to examine me. After performing several diagnostic maneuvers I asked what was next? He said “next, I’m going to fix you”. He performed an Epley maneuver that realigned the crystals is my ear back to and inside my ear canal..It wasn’t fun but it “fixed me”. I know that Dr. Google tells of several remedies to cure this and they may work in mild situations, but having Dr Katin perform the procedure was the only fix for this condition Thanks again Dr. Katin

I saw Dr. Katin for thyroid cancer and highly recommend him. He was very attentive, answered all questions, and called me to discuss results. The surgery went well (I also recommend Paoli hospital) and the scar is minimal.

A highly skilled surgeon
Recently had sinus surgery with Dr Katin. He took his time with me and answered all my questions and explained the surgery in detail. He also called me after the surgery to see how I was doing. Highly recommend him.

Always a great experience.
I have been a patient of Dr Katin for a number of years. I recently had surgery and can't say enough about the staff and Dr Katin. The staff did a great job getting me ready for the surgery, the surgery went well and the scar looks looks really good and the follow up after the surgery was great with the staff and Dr Katin. I would highly recommend him if your looking for an ENT doctor.

Top Notch Practice by Dr. Katin
I have been with Dr. Katin since 2018. He was highly recommended by my primary care physician. He has performed several procedures on me: Sinus endoscopy, Septoplasty, and Thyroidectomy. At every point in his interactions, he made sure that I understood exactly everything about what my issues were and how he was going to treat me, which was extremely comforting. He is one of the few doctors that actually called me to see how I was doing after my procedures, and that means a lot!! I highly recommend Dr. Katin!

Excellent care and wonderful service
I've seen Dr. Katin regarding my nasal polyps after I lost my sense of smell (not COVID). Ultimately I had surgery to remove the polyps. He answered and addressed all of my concerns both before and after surgery. I find him very detail oriented and clearly wants to know if I have any questions or concerns at the end of every visit. I find his care and the staff in the office to be wonderful. I would highly recommend both.

Parotidectomy
Dr. Lawrence Katin is a highly skilled, experienced and competent physician All went well with my recent surgery at Paoli Hospital – Parotidectomy He provided added value care by calling me directly several times for updates, especially the CT appointment on a Friday afternoon at 3:30. He was still in the office and left me a voice mail At 5:30 on my cell with positive results from the recent scan. All appointments were on time. The office staff, RN’s are professional, friendly and helpful. The office coordination with the hospital for the surgery was seamless – no problems. All my phone calls were answered live by an office administrator. I recommend Dr. Katin for any ear, nose and throat needs. I feel lucky to have him as my ENT
