Fantastic Doctor
Dr. Mancino and his staff were very friendly, polite and informative. I had a colonoscopy done. I scheduled it early in the morning at the office. It was done on time. It was a quick and successful procedure. Dr Mancino talked to me before and after the procedure. He made sure I understood everything he explained. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Doctor great, staff pathetic
A shame to leave such an excellent doctor due to the incompetence of some of his office staff. They excel in giving the runaround. The individual in charge of contacting your insurance for pre authorizations is a pathetic waste. Run don’t walk from this practice

My father's GI is Dr. Mancino for several years now. My father was admitted to ICU with 2 out of 3 of his issues being gastrointestinal issues. Dr. Mancino's bedside manner was horrendous. It took him a very long time to be reached. Then when he finally did arrive, he seemed disgusted. My father almost died due to the issues yet the doctor cut off and dismissed him when he was answering questions/voicing concerns. He wanted to leave the room so badly that he didn't fully explain the situation.

During my colonoscopy I started vomiting and they had to wake me up. I have had over 7 procedures in my life and this never happened. Afterwards Dr. Mancino told me it was a very hard procedure and made it like it was my fault he had to wake me up because I have health issue, I am diabetic. Then I was charged over $1100 for the procedure and he would not get on the phone or respond to emails as to why I was being charged. I called and his nasty staff just said- that is the charge and hung up
