Good dr, but….
Dr David Perlmutter is a fine doctor, but the waits in the office are interminable. An hour wait is not unusual. This overscheduling is entirely avoidable and shows a huge disrespect for patients.

The office staff are rude and inappropriate. If a referral was dependent on them, I would not return. Dr. Perlmutter Sr, however, is superb and he diagnosed my son after ten years of going to specialists.

My son and I took the day off from work so I could be driven to the office for a routine visit (needed transportation home due to having to get my eyes dialated)and was told that I had to pay $150.00 upfront when I arrived. They refused to see me , claiming it was my insurance and I should know my plan. Turned out they were wrong and my insurance called with me on 3 way and told them their error. I will not go back. The office manager was rude and misinformed. Not even a phone call apologizing!
