I had two appointments with Dr. Plotkin. On both occasions I waited over 45 minutes to an hour. I wasn't informed about any scheduling delays by his staff until I approached the reception desk. As a courtesy I informed the receptionist I was leaving and in turn was asked if I wanted to reschedule. There was no apology given, only a concern to reschedule an appointment. I was very frustrated and felt disrespected. My time is valuable and I choose not to spend it amongst rude people.
