I am not a Patient of Dr. Layal Esper, but my boyfriend was and he needed a refill for his heart condition, and CVS in Hudson NH couldn't fill the prescription until they got her approval, and they tried to get in touch with her office for 2 weeks and she and the staff Refused to get in touch with CVS or with my boyfriend. This is neglect of a patient and she ought to be ashamed of herself and the rest of the staff to. You should be sued for this!!!! Thank God CVS was kind enough to fill the prescription without her consent!!! Also Thank God he is ok because he had another attack because of your neglect!
