Horrible office from top to bottom
This is the worst neurology department I’ve been to for my care. Providers have terrible bedside manner, lack compassion, difficult to work with as a patient. The nursing staff is sub-par, and are not timely in response to patient questions and needs. Very unprofessional from top to bottom. I would give zero stars if I could.

Dr Rayman twice told me I don’t have MS. This after already being diagnosed, going through plasma pherisis and being on several MS DMT’s. When she told me the second time after not seeing her for several years I gave up, I was defeated, depressed and in a situation so common with MS. It caused a relapse, I have now totally lost my eye sight in my left eye. I’m in a horrible relapse, hardly walking, muscle spasms, complete fatigue, cognitive issues l, motor skills very bad, can barely type for my job and beginning to lose vision in my right eye. This all after her boss even said it’s MS. Her support was horrible. I have filed every complaint that I could find with throrough back up, spinal tap, new MRI’s with more lesions etc. I’m starting a new DMT and I’m so thankful I moved out of that state and going doctors whom truly care, believe the tests and are very thorough and are treating my SPMS.

My neurologist retired. I needed MS specialist. Dr. Rayman was recommended by fellow MSer’s through the years however at the time was not ready to make the move. The appointment was an interview. My records were in the Aurora system. My physical was thorough. She expressed respect for my previous doctor and listened to my MS story of 12.5 years. Dr. Rayman is the third specialist I have seen in this practice. They work together seamlessly. Dr. Raymond is now my MS Specialist. I am blessed.
