A friend was referred to Dr Brancheck by her PC. Upon arriving at the office for her first visit nothing went right. The staff at the front desk were rude. After waiting for her turn she was called back only to have the NP chastise her for being late which she wasn’t. She waited to be seen! Again the NP would not let the patient explain her symptoms- she kept interrupting, talked down to the patient, was dismissive and arrogant. I was asked for a referral to another neurologist. I have two dear friends who are RNs and have retired from St Luke’s. They referred Dr Beancheck as being the best. Suggestions were made to try to talk with Dr Brancheck herself. Since then, the NP called the patient and again was rude and non-professional. The vibes given from this office are not good. I believe that the doctors whose practice this is need to be aware.

She was thorough. I didn’t feel rushed. She was very kind.

Dr Brancheck is very helpful and compassionate. Although she must be busy, I did not feel rushed during our appointment. She took the time to learn about my medical history and then develop a care plan with me that I was comfortable with. Her office staff is very responsive which is great. I trust Dr Brancheck, am comfortable talking to her about my health, and recommend her to anyone who needs a neurologist.

I am very pleased with Dr. Brancheck. She takes the time to listen. She carefully explains her diagnosis and the proposed treatment. Definitely recommend.
