From the moment my wife and I walked into the practice, we felt truly welcomed and cared for. The staff made us feel like we were their top priority, and that level of attention made a world of difference during a challenging time.Dr. B and the entire SGF Raleigh-Cary team were exceptional in how they communicated with us. They took the time to get to know us, explained every option and procedure in understandable terms (drawings were my favorite) and made sure we were comfortable with what was happening each step of the way. Their thoroughness and professionalism were evident, and we appreciated the regular follow-ups and compassion!It’s evident that they genuinely care about their patients, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Bressler is kind and compassionate, and goes out of her way to interact with patients directly. She always took the time to talk through all my questions, and called me personally with major updates about my fertility health and planning. I can't recommend her highly enough!

We started out infertility journey in another state where successfully had one child before relocating to NC for work. While we loved our first physician, we were blown away by Dr. Bressler when we met her. She is kind, smart, and truly cares about each patient and their family. We have seen Dr. Bressler at 2 different practices over the course of our journey and would continue to follow her wherever she moved to receive her excellent care. The office at Shady Grove Fertility is well run and the staff are all kind and extremely efficient. The whole office treats you like part of the family and feels very invested in your family’s success. Janet from the business office is a pleasure to work with and is wonderful in helping navigate all the insurance and self-pay issues. The nurse team truly feels like an extension of Dr. Bressler. They are excellent at responding in a timely manner, even calling outside of business hours or days to make sure you have everything you need.

There are so many good things to say about Dr. Bressler and her team. They are knowledgeable, thorough, respectful and address every concern and need a patient might have. We are thrilled with the care we have received!
