Great, caring diagnostician
Dr. Chiles was extremely professional and has showed a lot of concern for my enlarged prostate. Her diagnostic skills helped identify a prostate cancer when the PSA score was below 4. Based on the PSA score and the MRI, she suggested a biopsy which confirmed her diagnosis. The prostatectomy was performed by Dr. Davis at MD Anderson in Houston, sparing my nerves. I am happy to say that my current PSA is undetectable and the only thing that reminds me of the robotic surgery a bit more five years ago is a small scar above my belly button. Dr. Chiles did a wonderful job and I credit her for the successful outcome. Thank you, Dr. Chiles.

Bladder/Kidney
Dr. Chiles was very professional and personable. She responded to my symptoms and problems with a very attentive and caring demeanor. Dr. Chiles spent time explaining the whys as well as how it would be determined, and then the treatment plan. The visit was professional with a diagnosis supported by extensive office testing. I left with no questions! Outstanding doctor/ patient care.

Treated for SUI
Great experience with this physician. A 10 minute wait. Was examined . All options presented. Procedure was performed as an out patient. Problem was 100% resolved. She is professional, polite, caring and skilled. Very well thought of by staff nurses at our local hospital. I would absolutely recommend her.

Recurrent UTI’s and Dismissed
I was referred to Dr. Chiles for recurrent UTI’s. It was one of the worse experiences that I have ever had. She wanted to do a procedure that was attempting by another urologist. I stated many times that I was unable to tolerate it because of extreme pain that I experienced. I was totally dismissed, and my concerns fell on deaf ear. The first attempt was by the nurse, that treated me like a child and scolded me when I started to cry from pain. The next attempt was by Dr. Chiles, again extreme pain, and guess what, I couldn’t tolerate it, just like I stated. I left in worse shape than when I came. I was made to feel there was nothing wrong with me, and I had wasted their time. The entire staff is rude and dismissive. I left in tears, and feeling hopeless. I wouldn’t recommend for the slightest problem!! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Useless for chronic, embedded, recurrent UTI.
I'm struggling to get proper treatment because my chronic UTI will not show up on standard tests. It's resulted in years of pain, illness, vomiting, sepsis, fever, malaise-I could go on and on. I became hopeful when I called the office and was told they recommend MicroGen testing (designed to detect hard-to-culture bugs). I assumed today would be simple: I would go to my appointment, she would review the results, and I would be given proper treatment for what showed on the test. I was instead told I have no infection at all, that the bugs found in the MicroGen test were "contaminants," and I was lectured about how dangerous antibiotics are and was even told to stop taking the ones I am on (the ones I am on have kept the infection at bay but have by no means cured it). There is countless information regarding the fact that chronic/embedded infections do not show up on the standard urine test. Why isn't this common knowledge at this point? It really baffles me.

Upon arrival for my appointment 1/26/22 I asked and was told that not all of the office staff nor the Doctor was Covid vaccinated. Personal choice is ok but they need to give disclosure as appointments are made that patients are being seen by unvaccinated medical providers. Additionally, I saw four office staff or nurses who were not wearing masks. I would never consider using a physician in that facility.
