Apparently the doctor is in the eye of the beholder. Leah S. Freeman DO is the PCP I have been seeking for more than five years, and I specifically transferred my care to her from another PCP at the same location. She listens well, she's accessible, and quite generous with her time (about an hour for a 40-minute slot). She's knowledgeable, frank about addressing my health challenges, and very supportive. See for yourself, that's the only answer; don't go by either positive or negative reviews. Judgmental? No way, not based on the hour I spent with her and the direct experience another patient I know has had. Good luck and good health to all!

I would recommend her to any patient
I must disagree with all the patients who wrote such a derogatory messages regarding Dr Freeman. My wife and I found her to be the most understanding doctor that we ever consulted since our arrival in Idaho We are so glad that we found her and we will change her for any other practitioners. She has always been very thorough and listened to our problems with great interest. We were never rushed and she spent as much time with us as necessary. We would give her good rating as 5 Dr Gabriel Dery

I have been seeing Dr. Freeman for a few years now and would not go anywhere else. She has always been very professional, and I have never felt rushed during a visit, as we will often talk about vacations or or other activities. She has always listened to everything I have said with very helpful health recommendations and a true sense of care. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews.

I had such an unpleasant experience with Dr. Freeman a few days ago that I’m still trying to recover from. I read reviews posted here and realized it’s not just me. I confirm all the negative reviews. Dr. Freeman didn’t listen, didn’t care, her bedside manner was judgmental and somewhat hostile. The appointment was rushed, I didn’t solve any of my health issues I came with and left me with the sense of aggravation and disappointment. It was my second appointment with her, and it was a mistake do not switch to a different provider after the first one. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

I can confirm that the other reviews that indicate a poor bedside manner and a judgemental disposition on the part of Dr. Freeman are accurate. I too experienced this on my first visit. That was my first and last appointment with her. I have switched to another physician at St. Luke's Parkcenter and I'm very satisfied.

Excellent doctor, thorough, compassionate and caring. I've been seeing Dr. Freeman for 3 years and she's the best one I've found so far in my 55 years.

Dr Freeman has been a great doctor for me. She has been my primary care physician for 3 years and I have only had positive experiences. Knowledgeable and compassionate.

I have seen Dr. Freeman a couple of times this year and I do not a single negative thing to say. She is now among the top three caregivers I have EVER had (and I am kind of old so that is saying a lot). She is knowledgable, compassionate, generous with her time and above all, honest. At my appointments, I have always been seen within a reasonable time frame. Furthermore the staff at the front desk and in the examining room are always very professional and helpful .

This was my 2nd visit with Dr. Freeman, and it was much better than the first. She spent 20 or so minutes with me and asked relevant questions, and no judgement. Did not feel rushed, will be going back.

My experience was pretty negative, I’m still reflecting on it a few months later and this motivated me to write my first review. In short, my experience was in line with the other two reviews here. She was short and judgmental, even condescending. It felt like my yearly preventive care appointment was a joke and major inconvenience for her. I generally prefer DOs but should have done more research before trusting my health to this person. I will not return. She also miscoded my visit

Dr. Freeman was the worst choice I could have made for myself. She was judgmental not interpersonal in anyway and rushed the whole appointment. She made me feel uncomfortable, and it’s refreshing to see I am not the only one who has witnessed this. I would NOT recommend her to anyone who wants to have a good relationship with their healthcare provider. I will be switching immediately. Do your research people.

I would not recommend Dr. Freeman as a provider. She made the appointment feel rushed and seemed less than interested in my health. It is so important to build trust in your PCP and that was impossible with Dr. Freeman's nonexistent bedside manner. I have had several issues with her since as my PCP and have decided to find someone new.
