Capital Healt Sys telephone service is awful!!! Impossible to get a human on the phone to contact doctor's office. Just spent 30 min "talking" to their computer.

As soon as he walked in instead of, "What brings you here today?" or going over my symptoms, he starts with this cocky, arrogant attitude saying I shouldn't be here. I should go to a neurologist. Actually asked me what I wanted surgery on. Openly criticized the treatment my primary doctor gave. (Why are you complaining to me about my doctor?). Said I might have some other illness besides what my doctor diagnosed. Named it but didn't even explain what that was or pursue this. Just threw this word at me. I had to look it up on my phone. In the middle of this excuse for an exam, he said he had to to "some research" and left the room. He never come back. First time a doctor ever quit an exam on me. Then some guy comes in. Doctor? Physician's assistant? Nurse? Secretary? I don't know because he didn't tell me. This person says I should go to a neurologist. I don't know who Dr. Buono thinks he is but he has a lot to learn about how to interact with patients.

If I could leave this doctor zero stars I totally would. But there is no way to do that. I have been having severe back pain that has been radiating to my legs. I have been seeing a pain management doctor that wasn’t doing anything for me. So she referred me to Dr. B. I have an MRI and an x-ray that I have state that I have serious issues with my spine with multiple bulging discs and other issues. The doctor is trying to tell me that there is nothing wrong with my back. He says I don’t need surgery and I do not need any injections. He told me that I should definitely look into a disorder called endometriosis. Here’s the thing I have been to the OB/GYN as I have had three children and I’ve been pregnant three times. I have been checked in the past for this disorder and there is no such thing. Stand clear of this doctor. He tries to diagnose you with the problems that you don’t have. And he’s unwilling to help diagnose the correct problem. Well looking looks like I am Going elsewhere

So skilled and just a regular sweet guy! I would recommend him to anyone with confidence. Looks like round two with Dr. Lee coming up. I've never been so glad to need another surgery. He will be the reason I will be able to enjoy a well planned and much needed fishing vacation with my family this summer. If we ever get out from under all this covid-19 horror.

Dr Buono is very arrogant and dismissive. He is very quick to diagnosis and write a prescription for something I DID NOT have. I am glad I did not start taking an unnecessary medication. He is what is wrong with today’s medicine. If you are in pain and need help, do not waste your time with this guy.

Dr. Buono is one of the most skilled, kind, caring & compassionate doctors I've ever met! We first met him during a 2nd opinion appointment for my daughter-in-law who had already undergone 2 previous surgeries in the past year by an area orthopedic to address a severely herniated disc at the L5/S1 level in her spine. She was in excruciating pain and completely disabled. Dr. Buono operated on her & fixed the problem. He and his whole surgical team was an answer to prayer!

I had back surgery Feb 2018. I had taken a few falls b/c I was not able to lift my toes - (drop foot). PT was not helping so I met with Dr. Buono. The surgery was minimally invasive and I was back to work in a week. A month later I was on a cruise vacation and I can wiggle my toes and no longer fall down. I am very grateful to Dr. Buono and his staff. If you have this condition it is important that you get help quickly so that it can be corrected before it becomes chronic.

Dr Buono is a knowledgeable skilled surgeon who truly cares! He is trustworthy, answers questions and explains issues in detail. I had a successful surgery in 2011 with Dr Buono and most recently Disc surgery with nerve involvement repair on 10-31-17. It is a pleasure dealing with the office staff. Jacob was a great source of info and encouragement!

Dr Buono put an artificial disk in my neck and I was back to work the next day. I had other Doctors saying they were not sure if they could do the disk and may have to do fusion. Dr Buono explained the procedure completely and it went exactly as he said. I highly recommend, that if you need this type of procedure that you get his opinion. I just wanted to add that I do not have a desk job, as I work in the construction field.
