Outstanding and thorough
I was pointed to Anchorage Psychiatry, then Dr. Gee personally, based on a recommendation from a provider a family member trusts a great deal. I have a somewhat complex medication regimen for other disorders, which resulted in significant frustration in trying to find a mental health provider who was willing to work with me in changing anxiety/depression medication that was no longer affective after 7-8 years. I have been with Dr. Gee for a number of months and have found her to be very thorough, caring, and thoughtful in understanding my history that brought me to where I am now. Dr. Gee has made time for the frequent appointments that are necessary when changing MH medications and has taken my feedback into consideration both when weaning me off old medications and finding the right levels for new ones. My experience with Dr. Gee has been outstanding and my only regret is not finding her earlier. I would also note that her office staff has been very helpful and understanding.
