Dr. Kelly is a gifted surgeon. I would be totally disabled now if I had not had surgery with Dr. Kelly. While I was in the hospital he came in on a Sunday afternoon to see how I was. His patients and the care they receive are his first priority.

Everyone there talk nicely to the patients they treat you with love and respect dr. Lee Kelly is amazing doctor and spine surgeon. I am thankful and truly blessed for everything that he has done for me. My first spine surgery in 2009 was a success he done a wonderful job my second one and 2016 was a success he done a wonderful job. So anytime I have problem with my back or my spine he is the one that I go to. Trust me he is the best I am a woman of God and I will not lie about anything I travel from Chattanooga Tennessee to Atlanta Georgia to see doctor Lee Kelly and it's worth it. I am truly blessed.

Dr Kelley, and his staff are professional, kind, and courteous. Dr Kelley always spends the time needed to explain The diagnosis. He also clearly explains what you can expect during your recovery. He has preformed 3 of my spine surgeries and I’m proud to say I’m pain free. I would highly recommend Dr Kelley.

All of the staff made me feel super welcome which really helped me since I do not live in a big city. Dr. Kelly was also very kind and made sure to ask me anything that he did not know instead of just assuming things. He was very professional. He listened to my concerns and acted accordingly and answered the questions which I had. He is totally worth the hour and a half drive away from my small town!

Dr. Kelley has is awesome! He took the time to answer all my questions. I felt my designated appointment time was truly too serve me. My medicine was sent to my pharmacy, I received a PT perscription referral and a follow up appt. for my next visit. Each staff person smiled and it felt genuine. The staff worked together to create an excellent experience.

Dr. Kelley and his staff are extremely attentive and informative. I left a different/well-known orthopedic practice to see Dr. Kelley at Peachtree orthopedics and was beyond impressed with everything from the friendliest staff to the knowledge and concern of Dr. Kelley. Best ortho I’ve seen and I’ve seen many in Atlanta as I played college tennis. I feel very confident in my diagnosis and my future care under Dr. Kelley’swatchful eye and expertise.
