Total confidence in Dr Ugol
I arrived early for my appt. I was taken back within minutes. The medical assistant took my vitals and asked a few questions regarding current medications. She left and Dr Ugol came in no more than 3 minutes later. He ask me how I was doing, etc, listened to my heart and lungs then answered all my questions. Great visit. Highly recommend Dr Ugol and staff.

I had a medical concern that needed immediate attention. Dr Ugol’s office schedule an appointment the same day. I’m a relatively new patient of a year or so but feel very positive about being his patient. He is personable, thorough and professional. During my visit he took time to talk to my wife on the phone about my condition and the plan to address it.

I ran out of space in my last complaint with Dr.UGOL....having been stood up on the 1st visit, I made a second appointment on Thursday September 29th also at 1:45pm. I arrived at the offices at 1:50pm , 5 minutes late. ( I got lost in this huge complex) I was then informed that because I was late, Dr. UGOL could not see me until 3:30pm. I am 69 yrs. I am oxygen 24/7. To go to Dr. UGOL'S office the first time to be told he was not there. I would not recommend Dr. UGOL to anyone.
