I wish I would have never seen him. Tried to fill me full of pills. I was much worse off after I saw him!

Really terrible experience from start to finish. Front office staff are not trained on taking insurance. They fought with me when I misspoke about which insurance was primary and which was secondary and refused to change it when I found the right answer. Weng himself sat on his laptop during the entire visit. This office is physically dirty and has a strong odor. Not recommended for those with allergies or who suffer migraines. Barely accessible for people using wheelchairs. The waiting room is totally inaccessible. I had to wait in a storage room area. Weng's office has a large picture window overlooking downtown.

Dr. Lee Weng is a very good psychiatrist. He is kind and does what he thinks is best for his patients. I will miss him much and I don't think I will find another doctor that has his patients best interest in mind. He doesn't over prescribe like some doctors I have been to did, he did what he and I thought was best for me. You did a great job Dr. Weng, I was proud to be your patient.

My nephew was in bad shape mentally. He said Dr Weng would not listen to him when he would tell him that he was on the verge of committing suicide. I called Dr weng's office and asked for a ER visit. I went with my nephew and said I was very concerned and could he please put him in the hospital until his meds were straightened out. He said NO hospital. He then said I needed to leave the room, I stupidly did. My nephew killed himself that night.

Please trust me, do not go to this doctor. I cannot believe he has any returning patients. Horribly rude, mean, unprofessional, doesn't listen, discounts answers given or inquires. Yelled at me, told me to quit crying it wasn't going to help. I just escaped an abusive relationship, and this ahole was a trigger for me. I had a panic attack as I stepped out of his office. Thankfully a waiting patient saw me collapse at the door and came to console me until I could breathe. HORRIBLE!!!!

I could never get a phone call through to him, especially during times when I urgently needed him. The office was always shabby, messy. Staff was argumentative, hostile. Wait time was upwards of 30 minutes. Weng never looked me in the eyes, he focused on making notes on his computer. It was so obvious he couldn't care less about me. He hustled patients in and out as fast as he could. He got annoyed when I tried to talk to him about my prescriptions.

Very professional and friendly. I feel he knows what is best for me regarding my medications and mental health. Wait time is never too long and he spends time with his patients. Staff is very friendly as well and the office is kept exceptionally clean. I highly recommend to anyone.

My husband has been seeing Dr Weng for a couple of years now and he's the absolute best psychiatrist he's seen. He listens and is genuinely concerned about his mental health and has prescribed the correct and best combination of medication that keeps his bipolar disorder and his depression under control without making him a zombie. Dr Weng doesn't over medicate nor does he try to put you on the latest new drug like the other Drs my husband has been to. We highly recommend Dr Weng to everybody!

I met with Dr. Weng this morning and he was wonderful! First, his office staff was pleasant, efficient, and informative. When Dr. Weng called me back for my appointment, he shook my hand, made a joke about the weather, and immediately got me to open up about my problems. Altogether, he spent roughly 30 minutes with me. While he spent most of the time pecking at his computer, I actually found this comforting. He was researching the best medications for me given my anxiety. I can tell he cares.
