Late and unapologetic
Usually pretty good, but today I waited 35 minutes in the lobby past my scheduled appointment. I didn’t get a heads up that they were running late and no apologies. The only thing that was said was how frustrated they were that there system was down.

Awesome visit
I had not been to the dermatologist in a very long time so I was extremely nervous. Dr. Yarbrough put me right at ease and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Yarbrough and Charleston Dermatology. Going back next April!

Great dermatologist!
I had a good visit and he was able to help me with all of my concerns. He also found something he thought might be cancer so he cut it off and sent it to a lab. Years ago I had a huge brown mark on one cheek that was grotesque, but because it was benign no other dermatologist would do anything about it because insurance would not pay for that. Dr Yarbrough offered to freeze it off for $50. He had more compassion than any other dermatologist that I had seen. The other doctors were only interested in money. I will go to Dr Yarbrough and recommend him to friends always. He’s 1 in a million.

Personable and professional
Dr Yarbrough's medical knowledge and skill are second to none. The most amazing thing is that he can make that information simple to understand. Most importantly for any provider, he's also a genuinely warm and likable person. Cannot recommend him enough.

Best Dermatologist in Mount Pleasant
Dr. Yarborough and his staff are amazing and sincerely care for their patients. He spends the time making sure you understand and are educated in what is happening with your skin, procedures, etc. The very best!!!

At ease
This was my first visit and Dr. Yarbrough took the time to explain things to me. I was nervous at first but the entire office was so pleasant I was instantly at ease. I look forward to going back and highly recommend him if you are looking for a Dr.

Great experience!
Dr. Yarbrough is friendly, efficient and caring doctor. Any concerns I have had have been promptly dealt with. If you are local to Mt. Pleasant, this is the place to go. Staff is friendly and courteous. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
