Great Endo
She is right to the point so come prepared with questions, but she knows her stuff and the treatment plans she comes up with for diabetes are great.

Arrogant and not compassionate. Her medicine recommendations made my hormone issues worse, after explaining I didn’t want to take a medication because of past experience, I was basically brushed off and made to feel as tho I was crazy. Anytime I saw her, I never felt like she listened. Definitely won’t go back and would not recommend.

I have been seeing Dr Matthews for many years. I came to her with some hormone issues and questions. She was very condescending and basically brushed me off to having menopause. I was just asking for some testing to make sure everything was ok, since I have been feeling so poorly. I deserve a doctor who listens to me. I know my body and how I feel. I guess her rudeness and uncaring, unprofessional attitude are why 4 of my friends also left her as a patient.

Dr. Ahmad-Matthews is not a patient centric physician. My initial appointment was no more than 20 minutes. When she was done with her exam she told me if I had any questions to consult the American Thyroid Association's website (UNPROFESSIONAL). When I went to my new doc, i was alerted to the fact that Dr. Matthews never ordered all the necessary tests (NOT SURPRISED).

Would rate 0 stars. She has no manners or respect for her patients. Dr. Matthews did not listen to me, she spent half the time staring at the computer. If I was able to ask a question she rolled her eyes, insulted other patients for thinking they had symptoms. When she first walked in she had no idea about my health history, no idea about my bloodwork results ( I had to show her from my phone), no idea that her assistant prescribed medication. Left to check my labs & never returned.

Not a good doctor. This doctor is arrogant and uncompassionate. - She does not follow up - ordered tons of blood tests and I never got the results. - She is not thorough. Rushes through the appointment according to her agenda. - She doesn't listen. - She interrupts. - She goes by the usual protocol and does not take into account individual circumstances or factors. - She jumps to conclusions based on assumptions.
