Not going back
Dr Hutchinson is a good, caring Dr but the lack of follow up, and rapid turnover of staff are troubling. Needing to call constantly to follow up on referrals or prior authorizations, to make sure they’re done is highly frustrating .Front desk persons are horrible often looking like a deer in headlights. Front desks lack any knowledge in HIPAA leads to many violations. Phone conversations with patients on speaker phone can be heard in the waiting room, patient sign in sheet always has a list of patient names. Billing dept sucks- always charging for copays that have been paid at the visit.

Absolutely horrible facility
Absolutely horrendous.. I am writing this review while waiting in the room for the doctor.. I just got my EKG from one of the helpers here that take your info before you see the doctor, etc… before I even walked in the back for them to take my weight and look at me. I waited two hours in the front room.. I got my EKG taken about 30 minutes ago and have still been waiting for Dr. Hutchinson… I noticed other people in the waiting room were also getting agitated, but stayed quiet and kept to myself.. maybe they should try and handle appointments better if I had known I was going I would have made my reservation for 3 PM instead of 1230.. I have literally been waiting in this office for three hours with little to no progress

Unfortunately the office staff reflect on the dr herself. Her office staff is terrible. I understand that sometimes there is a wait but over an hour is ridiculous. Whoever does the booking should be more organized. Also common courtesy would be to call someone up and let them know you are sorry for the wait and that they aren't forgotten about. One time i went there and waited only to be told they forgot to tell me the dr had an emergency and I couldn't be seen that day. Then they rescheduled for another date and made me wait almost 2 hours. Their reasoning is that they squeezed me in as a courtesy since they forgot about me the last time around. Ridiculous. As the for drs skills I cant even comment. Every time I went I was so frustrated by the time I got in there that I didn't even care enough to give the dr the benefit of the doubt. Unorganized office! I will not be going back.

I have seen Dr. Hutchinson for several years. She is a wonderful doctor. She is very thorough, asks a lot of questions, gives sensible advice, takes time to listen to you and let's you ask any questions. My only concern is the office staff. They mean well but seem inexperienced and confused about their responsibilities or maybe they lack the support needed to do their job efficiently. I would give 4 1/2 stars! The other half when the office staff improves.

I am a patient of Dr. Hutchinson for a few years and I feel she is a great doctor but unfortunately I feel the office needs and update including medical equipment. Just had an echo done and the tech stayed with me in the room with no privacy to get undress which included taking my bra off, laying down I could see the other building offices, so I imagine they could see me also. I don't feel she is involved when it comes to patients and staff ethics. Very unprofessional including the manager.

Completely satisfied with my patient experience at the office of Dr. Leigh Hutchinson. She was very thorough and the office staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating, all while there was an emergency in the office with another patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Hutchinson!

2 hours after my appointment was scheduldx I finally got to see my doctor. Her office over books which makes longer waiting time. Lack of efficiency and communication.
