I am a member for 18 months now. Before I became a member of Dr. Morris's practice, I was used to having an appointment but waiting at least 30-45 minutes to get in and then waiting another 15 minutes to a half hour in the exam room twiddling my thumbs before the doctor came in. Then I needed notes on what I wanted to ask questions about because as we all know if you get 10-15 minutes with your doctor you were lucky. Dr. Morris changed all of that. If you have an appointment @11am you see her @11am. I have had up to an hour and a half to discuss EVERYTHING concerning my health. Dr. Morris is a FANTASTIC listener and then she partners with you in constructing a road map for your health and wellbeing. This is truly preventive care. She cares not only about me but my family. My son was having severe pain around his lower abdomen. I called Dr. Morris and she said bring him in NOW even though he was not a member. She diagnosed him correctly and made my wife and I lifelong friends.

The worst…
I have never even seen Dr. Leila Morris. I was pushed to the physician’s assistant, Natalia Harvey. She does nothing but offer holistic treatment. Not to mention the problems I have encountered with the office staff. They continued to bill me for a copayment on a COVID telehealth appt until I called & basically was the middle man telling the doctor office they coded incorrectly and had to instruct what to code & where on the bill. Unreal! Today I tried to cancel an appt that their office could only schedule a week out because Natalia had an emergency. Never offered me to see the actual doctor, Dr. Morris. The day of the appt my cough is gone I call to cancel first thing in the morning & told that I will either have to switch to telehealth appt or get charged a late cancel fee. ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS BILL YOUR INSURANCE NOT ACTUALLY TREAT THE PATIENT. I told them That’s ridiculous! Bill me the late cancel fee because I will not be returning to your office.

TERRIBLE
I wish I can give you 1 star. This place is ridiculous charging me a no-show fee when I was in the office. They only stated they couldn't take my insurance once once I arrived and never tried to contact me. I tried to call to clear it up and the office manager lied to me stating she left a message when she never did and have no physical evidence of text/email that she did and they are still trying to hold me responsible for this. AVOID this place at all costs if you can!

Dr. Morris OK "if" you actually get to see her.
I've been a patient for over 5 years and have seen Dr. Morris twice (my first visit and once because the P.A. was on maternity leave). If you don't join her VIP membership program, you only get to see the P.A. The receptionist was not friendly or helpful (I think she might not be there anymore). I get lots of emails and phone calls/texts from the office soliciting making an appointment (when I don't need one).

I have seen her once in over two years she doesn’t care to see minorities, we are referred to her Physician assistant. When I finally saw her she placed me on medication that I had a bad reaction to and doesn’t Follow up. Beware!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Morris’s for several years now. She is one of those rare physicians who demonstrate empathy, professionalism, a genuine desire to promote wellness. Since being under her care I feel my overall wellness has dramatically improved. I’ve received valuable advice and care under her watch. She’s also a good source for specialist referral. Wait time is minimal and she spends as much time as needed to gather information and formulate a plan for whatever the situation demands. I’ve referred several family and friends to her and they are very satisfied with the care they receive.

I’m usually apprehensive about doctors but Dr. Morris always makes me feel at ease with each visit. Her bedside manner is excellent, as she is patient and shows genuine concern. I recommend her highly. I travel a long way to see Dr. Morris which says a lot about how much I trust her with my health.

Dr. Morris convinced me to join her membership program, which promised vip treatment and included gene testing. I was verbally told that if insurance didn't cover the costs of the labs, I'd have nothing to worry about. Once i realized that I was paying extra for no reason at all, I decided to keep her as my doctor, but discontinue the membership. I soon realized that if I wasn't member, I wouldn't be seen by her ever again. 2 years later I received a bill of $688 for gene testing. Beware.

If I could give this doctor 0 stars I would. I came in to see the doctor, but instead I was only seen by the PA. I wonder if this is even legal to bill my insurance, when I only was seen by the PA. I will be reporting this to my insurance. Not only that, they had this new PA that was shadowing the current PA giving me advice that I should do surgery on my thyroid, when I did not need it. I also got an uncovered bill from my insurance. RUN from this place!

After that initial appointment it all went downhill. I had blood work done that took well over a month to get back to me on my results.I was advised to come in to pick up my results, the staff and doctor showed up late to the office and didn't have any of results ready /couldn't find it. They lied and billed my insurance for a diagnostic exam that wasn't going to be covered and told me I'm only in charge of $149 I got the bill and its $1483.90. Deceiving office and rude staff. RUN!!
