I have seen many different dermatologists, but I have never met someone so refreshing professional, informative patient I cannot think of enough words to describe her. She came in with a small team of associates summer which she was mentoring. I felt like I had the A-Team right at my fingertips, she is such a gem

Wonderful beside manner. She took the time to make sure everything was done correctly, thoroughly and that I was comfortable. I wish she could be my PCP! THANK YOU DR. TOWNSEND! ??

does not listen to patients even with photographs of what has happened to your skin. i pulled 30+ long hairs from a cyst and had pictures and she still called me delusional extremely untrustworthy and unprofessional doctor who accused me of lying about a chronic problem i’ve had my entire life

Dr. Townsend did an exceptional job removing a potentially fatal melanoma mole off my arm. Dr. Townsend explained the entire procedure so that I (not a doctor) could understand. Along with being extremely knowledgable Dr. Townsend made me feel right at home with her kindness and calm demeanor. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Townsend for any skin problems you might be facing.

Dr Townsend is incredible! I had a really scary looking melonoma on my arm and she was so great in how she was so caring and concerned about me as a person. She was very honest (which was scary) but very caring (which was very reassuring). Now that I have gone back to her for an excision, I have found her even more caring, personable and in every way FANTASTIC! Thank you, Dr Townsend!

Dr Townsend is a great doctor. She is extremely knowledgable and has a wonderful bedside manner. I felt like she really cared about me and my skin. Ill be back and will send my friends to her if they need a dermatologist.

Dr. Townsend seemed rushed, and talked to her nurse, not me. She would use technical medical terms with her nurse and before I could ask a question, she would move on to something else. When I told her I would like to find out the underlying cause of the problem and stop treating only the symptom, she told me that if I was keeping the symptoms in check, then not to worry about the cause.
