Doesn’t properly read your chart. Put me on an iv antibiotic that didn’t show up on the culture and sensitivity from being septic. Put me on a penicillin derivative despite me being allergic. Diagnosed me with bacterial meningitis despite the csf culture coming back negative for everything but elevated wbc and protein. Ordered mri 8 days delayed. Essentially left a cervical epidural abscess in my spine and caused me permanent spinal cord damage.
