The care my son received from this doctor was great. However, trying to see the doctor is ridiculous. At first, I thought it was an off-day that the doctor was running behind schedule. But no I have had 3 appointments and in all of them, you are looking at wait times up to 3hr for a 5 min consultation. This is not considerate of patents time nor is it professional. If a patent did not show up for 3hr they would be penalized with either having to reschedule or a no show fee in some places. If you cannot handle the volume of patents either hire more help or take on fewer patients. In my 3hr wait, I was on the phone with other doctors in this field trying to get an appointment unfortunately he needed to be seen sooner than later. So we stayed. This last appointment I had to reschedule because an hour after my appointment was not enough time to be seen and I did not have 3hours to sit and wait.

I have a rare foot disorder called Charcomarietooth and this dr operated on me at the age of 13. He changed my life. Because of him I can walk when I thought at this age I wouldn't. I am now 37. A doctor that cares. BTW I also lived my years wearing heels : )

Totally recommended Dr Ramirez , very professional and caring Doctor. He took care of my son when he got his foot injured and i could be more grateful to find him. Excellent staff very courteous.
