Had an appointment at 2.45 walked in 15 minutes ahead of time about15 people in there waited about an hour and a half went to ask how much longer had 4 more people ahead of me why even make an appointment walked staff didn't seem to care a bit called them back about an hour later questioned them about the time told me they place was not right for me

It appears as though doctor Edwards has received the same negative complaints over and over again going back 5 years or more. I find it extremely arrogant and offensive when the doctor over books and has his patients waiting three four or five hours to see him. Your time is not more valuable than mine, and I find it extremely rude you see that you feel as though your time is more valuable than everyone else's.

If I could give this place no stars I would. When someone makes and appointment the time is based around their lives. When you over schedule and take walk ins at the same time it makes it really hard for a doctor to stay on schedule. I was there today with a 2pm appointment and after over an hour of waiting I get told that it could take another 2 hours for me to be seen.
