Horrible and Unqualified MD
I cannot grade Dr Leo Polosajian as a MD. I say this because his attitude and bed side manner is just as a car dealer salesperson. He doesn't care for the patients but only cares for his money and profit. He sees the patient as dollar signs. He insisted on putting in a pacemaker for me and I ended up not needing one. He did an unsuccessful procedure for cardiac ablation and was not qualified. He didn't even visit me before or after the procedure in the pre op area. He has no concern for his patients wellbeing. His ultimate goal was to prove to me that I needed a pacemaker. In my opinion he botched my ablation procedure just so he can suggest the pacemaker again. I ended up going to another cardiologist, got a successful ablation procedure which he said wasn't possible because of the risks. This other cardiologist explained to me that he didn't even attempt to do the right procedure.

Great experience at Doctor Polosajian's office
I never met Dr. Polosajian in person because I was there to get clearance before parathyroid surgery and the entire staff including Natalie, Fernanda, and Anousch (physician's assistant, nurses and reception ) could not have been nicer, more compassionate or patient with this patient. I was treated very well and aside form the wait, which was long so bring a book to read, my experience with this medical office was very positive indeed. Natalie who is the physician's assistant handled all my paperwork and testing so that I could get the necessary surgical clearance. My heart is strong and there was no reason for me to see Dr. Polosajian unless there was a need to.

Dr. Leo is a doctor who just doesn’t give up. After one of my pacemaker surgeries that was a little more complicated he told me the rest of the team wanted to stop and just sew me back up. He told them he wanted to continue and finish my surgery. Earlier that year I had a lumpectomy and then 7 weeks of daily radiation for breast cancer. Then I had to wait a certain number of months before he could safely do my pacemaker surgery. I am cancer free and have had several more pacemaker surgeries since then. I am glad he never gave up on me!

Dr. Polasajian saved mu uncle's life. He came in as a second consult, but was amazing. He took charge of the case, when other doctors gave up and they were recomending Hospice care. He transfered him to another Hospital and followed up on daily basis and kept us updated. It is rare to find physicians like him nowadays. I highly recommend him.
