Dr. Leonard Goldman, DDS

Except for the front office staff, my experience with Dr. Goldman was positive. If that was my practice, I would fire them immediately. When asked about fees, they totally gave different amounts both before and after the procedure. My advice is, get a written estimate. Not only that, that staff at the check-out thought it was quite professional to be sarcastic when asked for a copy of the receipt. Interesting how they forget that we, the customers, are the ones who pay them their wages. I don't usually comment, but this time I got annoyed.

I received competent oral surgery from Dr. Goldman, and his staff are very nice, however, he was rude and insensitive to me as a patient. Do not go to this practice unless you do not mind having your requests ignored and your responses belittled.

My regular dentist referred me to Dr Goldman for a tooth extraction. The procedure was very efficient and professional. I was treated in an extremely polite fashion by Dr Goldman and his staff. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Goldman's services to my friends and family.

BEWARE! Goldman allows unvaccinated patients into his small clinic. A dentist, no less! He is also a very rude and unpleasant person. Staff is lovely.

Obnoxious and unprofessional....is the best way to describe Dr. Goldman’s bedside manner. I came to him for a screw implant procedure. Unfortunately, my concerns and questions about the procedure was treated with with the utmost disrespect. Dr. Goldman’s responses to my questions were basically rude and dismissive. The day of the procedure, I came in on time for my appointment. However, I was finally seen by Dr. Goldman an hour after my scheduled appointment time. When I questioned him about this, he never gave me an explanation or apology. He pompously blew me off. He was very condescending...didn’t have any respect for my time as a patient. At that point, I decided he wasn’t going to treat me or get one red cent from my wallet. I immediately walked out of his office, and never looked back. Glad I did! Found another doctor who was capable of doing the procedure with tremendous success. And he treated me with the utmost respect!

Dr. Goldman is extremely rude. Has no idea as to work with children a and impatient. He is clueless about managing the anxiety that parents and young children face going to the dentist. Same your love ones the trauma.

The office staff is incredibly rude and in need of customer service training. The fact that they are completely unaware that their extraneous comments are unprofessional, disrespectful, and unnecessary HIGHLIGHTS the fact that the entire staff should take a course in customer service.

They were kind and patient with me, even though I get very anxious with dentists and this was my first time with an extraction. Fast and efficient, highly recommended.
