Dr. Leonard Kolodychuk, MD

Dr Kolodychuk was wonderful. Very friendly and attentive, went over my options and took extra time to answer my questions. A very thorough exam.

Read the bad reviews but went because I do not go to surgeons for their bedside manner. As advertised, I waited over an hour, he was antagonistic and abrupt and gave a preliminary diagnosis that was incorrect. Other than that how was the play Mrs Lincoln?

Dr K provided a $300 knee brace to my daughter that was then up charged to $675 by the supplier on the bill to my daughter a month later.. Why would anyone that wasn't being compensated by Pacific Medical Inc support this type of price gouging? Before the up charge this was the most expensive knee brace i could find.. 1 star is an extremely high rating in my opinion

Horrible. Dr. Kolodychuk was condescending, telling me nothing was wrong with my knee and then proceeded to give me a knee brace which cost me $600. He forced my knee to straighten and dismissed my complaints. He would not do paperwork for my work-I had to be on light duty and when I left the appointment, he actually said, “I hope I don’t see you again.” I have since had two other opinions since the second surgeon recommended surgery and Dr. Kolodychuk said nothing was wrong with my knee. Dr. Kolodychuk has no bedside manner and from my interaction, did not care about my complaints or concerns.

Dr. Leonard Kolodychuk is absolutely unprofessional. No patient care whatsoever. He demonstrates amazing self-focus, hubris, and lack of concern.

Bit of problem going to wrong office first, but they arranged that I be seen on arrival. Delighted could get an x-ray in the same office [but will be billed by Mount Baker Imaging] Dr. Kolodychuk introduced himself to both of us. Listened carefully, giving additional information to the scribe; very detailed exam. Discussed the options, and gave him hints as to how to deal with the injury. Very pleased with him.

My partner's surgery was a few years ago, but it went badly in that a foreign body was left inside which caused irreparable damage to the joint. Further surgery was required to remove the object but my partner did not get to recover the way intended and will forever live with pain and inability to do certain things.

I had a knee replacement with Dr. Kolodychuk. It was very well done. His bedside manner was great, I felt well cared for and the results of the surgery were excellent. Office visits were professional, office staff are always on time and I never have to wait for my appointments. I would highly recommend him as an orthopedic surgeon.

Great office staff friendly and efficient. Dr. Lenard B. Kolodychuk friendly and explained things well. Answered questions with the pros and cons. Explained clearly. Also explained shoulder replacement surgery pros and cons without pushing one way or the other. Showed me x-ray's and explained problem area's clearly. The fellow reviewer on here described the good doctor to a tee. Condescending, would not listen, rushed and threw drugs at the problem. Quite a disappointment. I wish I had seen this site before :-)

Kolodychuk did not seem to listen. He rushed through the appointment in a canned and programatic way. I found him to be condescending, rushed, distracted by his phone, and for his smile and other facial expressions to be incongruent with what he was saying. He spoke more to my husband than to me, although I was the patient. He presented more as a car salesman than a doctor.
