I saw Dr. Leonard Leven for about a decade as a child and adolescent and he ignored all of my concerns and sided with my abusive parents. I repeatedly pleaded to help me report the child abuse I was facing which was exacerbating any other issues I may have had and he never did. He prescribed meds, made small talk with my family, then shuttled us out the door at a rate of $500/45 min. Rinse and repeat for over 10 years. If you value your child's wellbeing please see someone else. I believe Dr. Leven is at best a grifter, and at worst actively detrimental to his patients.

zero stars. our son saw this psychiatrist only once. The psychiatrist was a friend of the child's grandfather and was highly recommended. Without knowing the family dynamics, the child himself, or the exact situation he unethically and harmfully told a 9 year old boy with ADHD and anxiety that both he and his brother should not live with his mother anymore. The parents are divorced and boys were going through some anxious times. The Hippocratic oath to first do no harm embodies a code of medical ethics and professionalism. This person broke the code and brought a lot of harm and confusion into the family's life. He is being reported to the medical board
