Dr. Leonard Lu, MD

This is my second time to doctor three years ago. I got a breast reduction and he didn’t an amazing job. I couldn’t have been happier with his results. Very easy to communicate with. I had a consultation about rhinoplasty. He was very considerate explained all my questions I wouldn’t even think of going to another Surgen. He does an amazing job and his staff is wonderful and his PA Katy is amazing also!

Dr. Lu did my liposuction on my backside and did a wonderful job. There was a section that didn't go down though and he gave me Kybella shots to fix it with no extra charge. He is very friendly and listens to me without judgement.

It was quite honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. He was so arrogant and rude and never once seemed to genuinely care enough to answer any of my questions genuinely

Had breast reduction due to breast cancer with a tummy tuck with lipo 4 years later and I’m still loving it

Dr.LU I an outstanding surgeon. He has done several cancer removals on me and I have yet to find a scar! gifted and very kind. Highly recommend!

Dr. Lu is a fantastic surgeon. I got a tummy tuck done by him and he gave me everything I ever wanted. My belly button looks so natural. My stomach is flat as a board. My scar is thin and hidden. He is a very talented man. His whole staff is amazing. Everyone is very nice and comforting. I was reluctant to schedule an appointment due to anxiety but everyone made me feel super comfortable. Every question I ever had was answered and there are always resources available in case I have a question or concern. From my consultation to my follow ups, I have been nothing but satisfied. I get a ton of compliments and when I tell people about my surgery, they beg to find out who my doctor was. Dr. Lu gave me a body I always dreamed of having and my confidence has never been higher. It’s the best thing I ever did and I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for him and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Lu.

I left a one star review earlier in the week because of my daughter’s experience with Dr. Lu and his office. I tried to edit the message, however, it did not allow me. Therefore, I am writing another review. Since the last message I left. Dr. Lu called to ask about my daughter’s wellbeing and how her stitches were doing. He apologized for the misunderstanding. He was very respectful and cordial. I did appreciate his personal phone call and follow up.

I left a review of Dr Leonard Lu on April 5 about my upper eyelid surgery(blepharoplasty). I wanted to give Dr Lu and his staff at Ritacca the highest rating of 5 STARS. Somehow it was accidentally recorded as one star which is an error. I think Dr Lu and his staff did a marvelous job and my eyelids look great. They were very professional during the entire process and I am extremely pleased. My apologies to Dr Lu and his staff for the error and to anyone researching reviews. Cathy

Dr Lu is a down to earth . Made me feel very comfortable. I had a double mastectomy with in implants on July 25 . He made me feel safe very understanding and easy to talk to , I live in Chicago but he's worth the drive . He's staff is great . When I fond out I have cancer I was so overwhelmed I call for a appointment and talk to Denise she was wonderful a beautiful person I was so overwhelmed and scared , she made me feel safe . Thank you to Dr Lu and all he's staff .

I would not go anywhere else! Words cannot describe the excellent dr surgeon that he is. He is an amazing man with hands of GOLD! His staff is wonderful, God put me in the right Dr's hands.

Dr. Lu is a wonderful and skilled doctor who really cares about his patients. He explains everything, and does excellent work. He really wants his patients to be happy. I would not go anywhere else!!!

Dr. Lu is an amazing doctor! I waited 13 years after having a partial mastectomy before I decided to consider reconstructive surgery. Dr. Lu was patient and explained all of the options available at my first consultation. When I made the decision to proceed, he performed the surgery on my breast that was nothing short of a miracle! I have my self confidence back! Dr Lu was compassionate and never dismissed my fears or concerns. He is truly a wonderful doctor!!
