No, I wouldn’t recommend him. He clearly doesn’t have a basic understanding of human anatomy or medicine. After misdiagnosing my boyfriend, he went to another doctor and was told there’s absolutely no way his lymph nodes swelling were from allergies because one has nothing to do with the other. He spent another week with a swollen neck and is worse now having to get a bunch of tests done because this doctor doesn’t know basic medicine. This seems to be an ongoing issue with Jefferson health doctors in general.

I do not recommend this Dr. I felt very rushed at my last visit. He showed no empathy or compassion and I left without my concerns being addressed. I was sent for labs. I have confirmation that my results were sent to this office over a week ago. The results absolutely should have been discussed with me but it has now been 10 days and not a single phone call. I have since found a new primary care Dr.

Contrary to the naysayers, Dr. Ridilla has been my family physician for over 20 years and he is simply the best doctor I have ever had. He is quiet spoken, friendly and extremely intuitive. With no exaggeration, his diagnostic skills and follow up procedures saved my life in 1999. Anyone who criticizes him has an ulterior motive.

I have been been a patient of Dr. Ridilla's for over 6 years now and have seen him for annual check-ups, colds and flus as well as more serious concerns- one requiring hospitalization. In all instances, he has been compassionate, patient, very willing to answer all questions, and most of all very thorough and accurate in his diagnosing or referrals me to specialists. I have moved 30 miles away in the last year yet still make the 45 minute trip just to see Dr. Ridilla. He is excellent.

If you have a cold or flu, Dr. Ridilla can diagnose you, largely because no follow up is required on his end. For anything more complicated than that he becomes defensive, rude, and dismissive. The office is good, see another doctor there.
