My elderly parents were 8 minutes late for an appointment, and when they arrived, the doctor's office said 'don't bother we are too busy'. If you are going to have an office in Aventura, you need to be sensitive and understanding with senior citizens. It is their loyalty to you that enables your practice to thrive. I'm sure nobody sits in your waiting room more than 8 minutes....... Not to mention that it is probably below the standard of care to blow off patients with medical conditions that need treatment because you are too busy. Jury will love you.

I decided to go to great lengths to have this doctor visit approved by my Health Plan as he is out of its network. Finally, I got one visit approved. I am a mid age woman, with hypothyroidism, a bit overweigh, and on the borderline for diabetes (pre-diabetic). I take a medicine for thyroid for over 40 years but still keep packing on weight, despite of exercising and diets of all kinds. I decided to hear a specialist and called the office. I was told that I have to pay out of pocket, then ask for refund from my Plan. That’s ok. Then the attendant said he does not work with metabolism issues but diabetes only. I am pre-diabetic and an endocrinologist can’t see me. Her suggestion: walk and diet. OUTCH!! Very inappropriate, obnoxious and frustrating! Health doesn’t seem a priority here.

I have been on a lot of steroid since Covid in January. My pulmonologist was worried that my adrenals were being affected since I was having a lot of side effects. I was promptly given an appointment within days of calling. Dr. Thaler spent a lot of time explaining how adrenals and steroids interact, how I should taper my steroids to wake up my adrenals, what my blood work says, and communicating with my other doctors. He was very reassuring and I left feeling empowered with knowledge. When I had more problems from steroids and my other doctors had no time available for me, his office fit me in very quickly and once again, he reviewed all details with me and reassured me I would be better soon. What he predicted was accurate. I feel very confident in his hands. He is very smart, patient, and kind. One cannot ask for more in a doctor.

A caring, compassionate and thorough doctor. There is little to no wait to see him, the office is spotless and the staff is helpful.

Every visit Dr Thaler and staff are very efficient and caring. Betty is always so helpful and nice. Jonathan the phlebotomist is very proficient ( so was the other gentleman MA or Phlebotomist past visits). Always a pleasure instead of a pain, to be seen here as a patient.

Dr. Thaler is everything my husband and I appreciate in a Dr. and the reason we have private insurance. Very minimal wait time. I received undivided attention. Friendly staff. Treatment was professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and respectful. I wish all of my Dr's followed Dr. Thaler's Office protocol. Time is money. As a working professional, my time is very important. I will lose money if I have to sit at a Dr's office until kingdom come. I also believe it is a lack of consideration for Dr's not to be considerate of their Patient's time.

Extremely knowledgeable and diligent. Gentle, caring and empathetic as well. Referred to Dr. Thaler by another doctor who is extremely diligent and expects the best. Look no further.

Great office staff and Dr. Thaler is very nice and very thorough. Never had to wait but 5 min past my appt time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thaler for over 2 years. He's a caring and kind doctor with great bedside manner who laughs at my jokes. He demonstrates excellent diagnostic skills and does not give me "the bum's rush" during appointments. Dr. Thaler has a terrific staff. They are all personable and get the job done quickly and efficiently whether it is scheduling appointments, ordering medications, or contacting me regarding lab results. This office is a rare find in today's world.
